About the role
ICS Outsourcing is Nigeria’s pioneer Human Resource Outsourcing Company. We are looking for a Salaried Model Advisor to join our team in Port Harcourt or Yenagoa. This is a full-time position focused on driving sales and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and convert leads into paying clients.
- Manage client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide accurate reporting on sales activities.
- Represent the company brand with professionalism.
Requirements
- ND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (insurance, banking, real estate, telecoms, or FMCG preferred).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work under pressure in a competitive market.
