About the role
TeamAce Limited is recruiting a Sales Associate for a reputable organization in the financial services sector. Based in Victoria Island, Lagos, this full-time position focuses on driving customer acquisition, promoting financial products, and supporting loan disbursement. You will build strong relationships with individuals and SMEs while helping to grow the organization’s portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers, including individuals, traders, entrepreneurs, and SMEs.
- Promote and sell financial products such as savings accounts, current accounts, and loans.
- Drive deposit mobilization, account opening, and cross-selling to meet sales targets.
- Source potential borrowers, explain loan products, and liaise with the credit team for processing.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-ups and effective service.
- Monitor loan repayments and escalate any overdue payment issues.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition within a microfinance bank, commercial bank, fintech, or related institution.
- Good knowledge of deposit mobilization, account opening, loan products, and cross-selling.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow a customer portfolio.
- Target-driven and comfortable with field prospecting and client visits.
