About the role
Zipline uses drones to deliver critical medicine to hospitals across multiple countries. We are looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to join our team in Yenagoa, Bayelsa. This role focuses on driving demand and supply generation while managing key stakeholders to ensure Zipline’s services are integrated into local health systems.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for health facilities, resolving issues and championing customer feedback.
- Analyze order data and conduct visits to raise service utilization among onboarded facilities.
- Build strong relationships with Regional and District Health Directors and other health stakeholders.
- Coordinate medical and vaccine campaigns to ensure Zipline is part of the delivery planning.
- Develop trusted relationships with community leaders, regulators, and local authorities.
- Plan and execute community-based events to boost local goodwill and brand visibility.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in partnerships, customer service, or client-facing roles.
- Significant knowledge of Nigerian healthcare systems and agencies.
- Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to turn data points into strategies and compelling user insights.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with strong conversion skills.
- Experience working with local communities to support health systems or development projects.
- Willingness to travel 40% of the time.
