About the role
Macden Communications Limited is a major distributor for International Breweries PLC, Nigerian Breweries Limited, and Guinness Nigerian Limited. We are looking for an experienced Invoicer to join our team in Ojo, Lagos. This is a full-time position requiring work from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm, including public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Managing billing documents
- Verification and matching of records
- Keeping accurate financial records
- Verifying payment terms
- Invoice generation and issuance
- Payment tracking and follow-ups
- Record keeping
Requirements
- Resident of the Ojo Local Government Area in the Alaba axis
- 1-3 years of experience as an invoicer
- Computer literacy
- Good understanding of business operations
