About the role
Swift Consulting Limited is a professional services firm specializing in Education Consulting, Human Resource Management, and Management Consulting. We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team in Abuloma, Port Harcourt. This full-time position involves managing key HR functions while supporting the organization’s people strategy and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate performance management and staff development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Process leave administration and support payroll-related HR activities.
- Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software is an advantage.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
