About the role
Megastar Technical & Construction Limited (MTCC) is a leading EPCCM company based in Port Harcourt with over 35 years of experience in civil engineering and construction. They are looking for a dedicated HSE Coordinator to support their project team at the Bonny site in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Responsibilities
- Investigate incidents and near misses, and prepare timely reports.
- Ensure compliance with client, regulatory, and industry HSE standards.
- Conduct daily site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety inductions.
- Maintain HSE records, permits-to-work, and risk assessments.
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of HSE experience in the oil and gas or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- ISPON certification.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and incident investigation.
- BSc or HND in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
