About the role
Rosabon Financial Services (RFS) Limited, a leading Non-Banking Financial Intermediary and member of the Concept Group, is seeking Loan Sales Executives. This full-time hybrid position is available in Abuja (FCT), Lagos, Ogun, Osun, and Oyo, with 12 openings per location.
Responsibilities
- Source, onboard, and manage individual and corporate clients.
- Generate quality leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Drive the sales of salary loans and investment products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND qualification.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in loan sales or financial services products.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the local market and customer acquisition strategies.
