We are recruiting to fill the position of Security Supervisor in Abuja (FCT). This is a full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Manage guard deployment, shift schedules, patrols, and incident reporting.
- Train, supervise, and appraise guards.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols, surveillance, and access control systems.
- Handle crowd control, incident investigation, and emergency response.
- Provide close protection as required.
Requirements
- Security training or certification from a recognised institution.
- Minimum height of 1.70m, maximum age of 40 years.
- Minimum OND / NCE / SSCE with credit passes (HND / B.Sc. is an added advantage).
- Must be a retired or disengaged military personnel or Nigeria Police Force, with a verifiable discharge or retirement letter.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Professional courses in security management, access control, CCTV and alarm systems, crowd control, incident investigation, emergency response, and close protection are an added advantage.
- Able to stay calm and make decisions under pressure and in emergencies.
- Good knowledge of security protocols, surveillance, and access control systems.
- Strong leadership, report-writing, and communication skills in English.
- Able to train, supervise, and appraise guards.
- Willing to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to manage guard deployment, shift schedules, patrols, and incident reporting.
- Smart, disciplined, and physically fit.
