About the role
Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited is seeking a Digital Log Assistant and Data Analyst to join our team in Lagos. This position focuses on the digitization, archiving, and quality control of technical logs and documents within the oil and gas industry.
Responsibilities
- Digitize sepia and transparent logs using Neuralog professional log digitizing software.
- Scan, digitize, and store legacy paper logs.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents for the Manager’s office.
- Verify and perform quality control on all scanned or digitized logs before archiving or database entry.
- Archive logs, technical reports, and documents professionally for easy retrieval.
- Maintain uniform bar-coding of logs and documents in line with Total Group specifications.
- Ensure all duties are carried out in a quality and safety-conscious manner.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Sciences or Computer Science.
- Strong English language skills and effective report writing abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- At least 5 years of working experience as a Log digitizer and Archivist.
