About the role
Join Airbnb’s Homes Enterprise team to lead the onboarding operations for Airbnb Luxe. This curated category features over 9,000 high-end homes and is a key growth area for the company. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will own the end-to-end process of bringing new listings online. You will build acquisition strategies, maintain a healthy pipeline, and collaborate with Sales and other teams to meet growth targets. This position is remote-eligible for candidates based in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve end-to-end onboarding operations to meet business quality and pace requirements.
- Build and manage new listing acquisition and onboarding approaches in partnership with Sales and cross-functional teams.
- Identify and close gaps in tooling and processes to ensure the team relies on durable systems rather than manual workarounds.
- Manage program budgets and vendor relationships, including selecting external partners as needed.
- Drive shared programs with peer leads from planning through execution and adapt to evolving team priorities.
- Represent the team in internal meetings, cross-functional forums, and leadership settings.
- Track key program metrics, diagnose performance issues, and implement solutions to get back on track.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in program/operations management, sales, revenue operations, or supply chain operations in a high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of owning a pipeline or funnel end-to-end, including budget and vendor accountability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build dashboards and use data to drive decisions.
- Advanced data analytics skills, such as SQL, are preferred.
- Deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce, including building reports and resolving pipeline or automation issues.
- Ability to work with urgency and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Experience navigating matrixed organizations and building relationships with Sales, Product, and technical teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the presence to represent the team in leadership settings.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Pay and benefits
- Annual base pay range: CAD 122,000 – 128,000.
- Eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
- Remote-eligible position for candidates based in Canada.
