About the role
Brex is seeking a Product Operations Manager to lead the Product Operations team and ensure operational readiness for all product launches. You will own the enablement required before customers interact with new features, manage Brex’s product knowledge base, and oversee the Help Center. This role combines product management, data analysis, and operations skills to drive efficiency and quality through AI automation and human judgment.
Responsibilities
- Launch Readiness: Own documentation, release notes, training, and tooling for each release. Lead the weekly cross-functional board (OLAB) to assess launch impact and align teams.
- Documentation: Maintain the quality and accuracy of product documentation, Help Center articles, and internal knowledge bases. Partner with Engineering to structure knowledge for both people and AI systems.
- Data and Automation: Define metrics for self-service, chatbot containment, and knowledge adoption. Expand team automation and set standards for effective AI use.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of four product-domain owners. Partner across product and customer-facing teams to deliver accurate enablement while balancing speed and readiness.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or a related function, ideally in tech or fintech.
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering through full launch cycles.
- Experience leading projects, mentoring teammates, or developing others. First-time managers are welcome.
- Proven ability to scale cross-functional processes and influence partner teams without formal authority.
- Strong analytical skills, including defining metrics and building dashboards.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI agents and automation into workflows.
- Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Pay and benefits
- Salary: $120,800 to $151,000 CAD. Starting base pay depends on location, skills, experience, and market demands.
- Equity: Equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the total package.
- Work Schedule: Hybrid environment requiring a minimum of three days in the office per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
- Remote Work: Up to four weeks per year of fully remote work.
