You will act as a key gatekeeper for internal messaging, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business strategies into clear and engaging communication for various staff cadres.
- Design and deploy content campaigns to promote awareness of the Bank’s products and services among employees.
- Manage stakeholder engagement across business units to foster synergy and cross-selling opportunities.
- Verify and validate internal content for accuracy, brand consistency, and legal implications.
- Support Information Security and Business Continuity Management activities.
- Ensure at least 75% staff awareness of the Bank’s strategy and initiatives.
Requirements
- A First Degree in Social Sciences or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative market research.
- Strong skills in record keeping and customer service relationship management.
