About the role
Temploy Limited is a talent recruitment service that connects organizations with skilled and semi-skilled workers for flexible durations. We are looking for a Communications Associate to help maintain our brand reputation and drive engagement through strategic marketing initiatives. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Ido, Ijora Olopa, Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Execute communication strategies and marketing initiatives to support brand reputation.
- Monitor trends, engagement, and metrics to provide insights for improvement.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and recommendations.
- Draft, proofread, and edit press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage content planning, campaign execution, and creative brainstorming with internal teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in social media and content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Meta Business Suite.
- Strong understanding of email marketing, social media trends, and digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Candidates must be based in or close to the Lagos location.
