About the role
Phillips Outsourcing Limited is looking for dynamic and customer-focused Marketing Officers to help grow their client’s business. You will be responsible for promoting pension products and services, acquiring new clients, and building strong relationships with existing customers. This is a full-time position available in Ebonyi, Enugu, Lagos, and Ogun.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and convert new clients to drive business growth.
- Promote pension products and services to individuals, organizations, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and financial awareness sessions.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales, marketing, and activity reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Represent the organization professionally at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer relationship management is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
- Customer-focused with a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to build and sustain productive business relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Target-driven with a passion for achieving results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
