About the role
Sterling Gate Services Limited is recruiting a senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy, brand growth, and market execution for a leading automotive and mobility business. This full-time position is based in Ikeja, Lagos, and offers a monthly salary between N1,300,000 and N1,500,000.
Responsibilities
- Lead brand positioning, campaigns, product launches, and market activation.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across the product portfolio.
- Manage marketing agencies, vendors, and budgets.
- Collaborate with sales and channel teams to drive product demand.
- Track campaign performance, brand health, and commercial impact.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.
- Identify new market and growth opportunities.
- Translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
- Develop consumer, trade, and dealer marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- A Master’s Degree.
- 7 to 10 years of marketing experience with progressive responsibility.
- Strong experience in automotive, mobility, consumer products, retail, FMCG, or a similar commercially driven industry.
- A proven track record of delivering measurable marketing results.
- Experience managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong commercial and analytical thinking.
- Understanding of trade, channel, and dealer marketing is highly desirable.
