About the role
Our client is an urban wellness hospitality company in Lagos that offers thoughtfully designed accommodation and wellness-focused experiences. They combine comfortable living, warm hospitality, and beautiful spaces to create a calm and memorable stay for guests. As a Marketing Executive, you will generate new business, develop partnerships, and attract corporate, group, event, and long-stay bookings.
Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat business.
- Attend exhibitions, business events, and networking activities.
- Identify companies and individuals requiring accommodation.
- Prepare approved proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with prospective clients until bookings are secured.
- Arrange meetings, presentations, and property inspections.
- Promote corporate rates, long stays, and group-booking packages.
- Contact potential clients via telephone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and physical visits.
- Work with the Booking Officer to complete reservations.
- Build relationships with companies, travel agents, relocation firms, and event planners.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and follow-up activities.
- Provide management with feedback on competitors and customer needs.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
- Confident, outgoing, and persuasive personality.
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to conduct field visits and attend events.
- Existing corporate or travel-industry relationships are an advantage.
