In this role, you will help drive our success by defining the rationale for change and designing solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define needs and the rationale for change, and recommend solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.
- Identify business opportunities and carry out feasibility studies for market expansion and product development.
- Write project scopes and functional specifications, and estimate project costs, risks, and assumptions.
- Manage timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of development phases.
- Guide the process of addressing business challenges by articulating problems and designing practical solutions.
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement.
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
- Identify and define tactical operational performance metrics to meet country objectives.
- Collaborate with other areas to ensure best practices and a standard approach are followed.
- Provide accurate and timely MIS to enable informed decision-making.
Requirements
- BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in the management of complex operations, ideally within the financial service sector.
- Knowledge in process or project management is required.
- Professional certification such as Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or Business Analysis (CBAP) is an added advantage.
- Strong behavioural competencies including adopting practical approaches, articulating information, and interpreting data.
- Technical competencies in business process improvement, data integrity, and IT applications.
