Terawork is an online talent marketplace that connects businesses with freelance and full-time professionals across Africa. The company was founded in 2015 to address the lack of safe, end-to-end platforms for hiring remote workers in the region. It offers services including web development, digital marketing, AI services, video editing, and various administrative and creative roles. Terawork operates with an office in Lekki, Lagos, and hires for positions in other locations, such as Port Harcourt. The platform uses an escrow payment system to protect clients and verifies freelancers through testing and reviews.
