Student Housing Company Limited (SHCL) is a Special Purpose Vehicle established to implement the National Student Housing Programme across Nigerian tertiary institutions. The company develops and manages fully serviced hostel facilities for students, focusing on facility management, security, and community building.
SHCL provides accommodation with amenities including uninterrupted water supply, on-site laundry, 24/7 security with CCTV and smart card access, high-speed Wi-Fi, and on-site dining and retail options. The company currently operates one open location at the College of Education in Warri, Delta State, with five additional sites planned for Akwa-Ibom, Ogun, Abuja, Bauchi, and Kaduna states. Its head office is located in Victoria Island, Lagos.
