Ruth and Roots is an alternative health company that provides herbal remedies, nutrition products, and non-surgical health solutions. The organisation describes itself as a provider of natural treatments for conditions such as fibroids, fertility issues, and weight management, aiming to offer alternatives to expensive medical procedures.
Based in Ilupeju, Lagos, the company serves a customer base that extends beyond Nigeria to include Ghana, South Africa, Canada, the USA, the United Kingdom, China, and the Philippines. It operates an online store where customers can purchase products such as fibroid removal tea, fertility supplements, and weight loss packages, with delivery available to customers’ doorsteps.
Ruth and Roots hires for roles in customer care, seeking professionals who can act as a liaison between the company and its clients. These roles involve guiding customers on product selection, resolving inquiries, and managing orders via phone, email, and social media. The company notes that it provides training for new staff, meaning specific qualifications are not strictly required for entry-level positions.
