With a global customer base spanning countries like Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Canada, the USA, the UK, China, and the Philippines, the company is committed to client-centred care. We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team in Ilupeju, Lagos, on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, both in person and virtually.
- Guide clients and recommend the best products and services for their needs.
- Provide accurate information about company offerings to prospective and new clients.
- Promote products effectively and engage customers in a friendly manner.
- Follow up with customers via phone, social media, or email to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Escalate customer concerns, complaints, and feedback when necessary.
- Utilize strong negotiation and closing skills to drive sales.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, confirm payments, and process orders.
Requirements
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Residency in Lagos, preferably in or close to Ilupeju.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping people.
