We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Officer to manage our digital presence across multiple platforms. This full-time hybrid role involves creating engaging content, growing our online community, and supporting the company’s marketing and communication objectives.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop, create, and schedule content for various social media platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote company activities, products, and services.
- Monitor trends and recommend strategies to enhance online presence.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and communication guidelines.
- Manage social media accounts and respond to comments and inquiries promptly.
- Create basic graphics, videos, and digital content for marketing campaigns.
- Track, analyse, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
- Strong understanding of major platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
