About the role
FactBase Consulting Limited is recruiting for a fast-growing major FMCG company in the Foods and Beverages sector. The company operates plants in Ogun State and Abuja. This full-time position is based in Lagos and focuses on driving consumer trial and sales through effective brand activations.
Responsibilities
- Execute approved brand activations across multiple locations to create consumer experiences.
- Track and report on activation metrics, including consumer reach, sales uplift, and conversion rates.
- Support the management of the marketing budget to ensure efficient spending.
- Brief Procurement and Finance teams to ensure purchase orders are raised on time.
- Provide post-campaign evaluation reports to identify successes and execution gaps.
- Manage activation agencies and vendors from the briefing stage through to final delivery.
Requirements
- Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG (bottling) industry.
- Strong skills in agency management, strategic thinking, and project management.
- An MSc, MBA, or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
