About the role
Our client is a fast-growing and major FMCG (Foods and Beverages) company with manufacturing plants in Ogun State and Abuja. They are looking for a result-oriented professional to join their team as a Route to Market Officer in Lagos. This full-time position offers an annual salary range of N20m – N30m.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the effectiveness of existing routes, territories, and distribution models, recommending adjustments based on market dynamics.
- Support the implementation and optimization of route-to-market strategies across assigned territories and distribution channels.
- Analyze distributor, wholesaler, retailer, and customer performance to support effective channel management and commercial decision-making.
- Monitor market coverage, product availability, distribution efficiency, and channel performance to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- More than four years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Good understanding of FMCG sales and distribution operations.
- Strong knowledge of Route-to-market principles, distribution models, and channel management.
- B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Sales, or a relevant discipline.
