About the role
FactBase Consulting Limited is recruiting on behalf of a major, fast-growing FMCG company in the Foods and Beverages sector. The client operates plants in Ogun State and Abuja. This full-time position is based in Lagos and offers an annual salary between N30,000,000 and N40,000,000.
Responsibilities
- Support sales teams by providing trade tools, programs, and execution frameworks.
- Translate brand and commercial priorities into actionable trade plans.
- Develop and implement national trade marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead trade promotions and retail activation initiatives to ensure measurable commercial impact and effective ROI.
- Drive channel-specific strategies across Distributor, Wholesale, General Trade, and Modern Trade channels.
Requirements
- Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and interpretation.
- More than eight years of relevant experience, with at least three years at a managerial level in Trade Marketing.
- Experience in the FMCG (bottling) industry is preferred.
- MSc/MBA or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
