Dicalo Consulting Group is a business consulting company seeking a dedicated Social Media Manager to join their team in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. The role focuses on managing social media presence specifically for real estate clients, ensuring consistent branding and effective engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts using Meta Business Suite, with a focus on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create visual content using tools like Canva and CapCut.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Monitor trends and update content strategy accordingly.
- Write compelling captions for property listings that drive conversions.
- Track and report on key metrics such as reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
- Perform basic photography and videography for property shoots and reels.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and social media best practices.
- Experience with design and video editing tools such as Canva or CapCut.
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to write well-formed sentences.
- Basic skills in photography and videography.
