About the role
Green Africa Airways Limited is a value airline based in Lagos, Nigeria, dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and affordable air travel. As a new carrier, the company aims to contribute significantly to the economic development of Nigeria and the African continent. We are seeking a dedicated SEP Instructor to join our cabin services department.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regulated ground and classroom training, including drills authorized by the relevant authority.
- Perform regular classroom evaluations, competency checks, and line checks on Senior Cabin Crew Members (SCCMs) and Cabin Crew Members (CCMs).
- Identify training trends and review content to support the development of new courses.
- Deliver regulated practical training on the specific aircraft type.
- Provide line training and coaching for Line Trainers, SCCMs, and CCMs.
- Monitor and maintain high safety and service standards.
- Participate in the production of training materials and multimedia content when required.
- Conduct other cabin service-related training and assist with departmental duties as needed.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent Higher National Diploma (HND).
- At least 5 years of experience as an operating senior cabin crew member.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Excellent health and fitness levels.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A professional attitude with the ability to learn quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent personality and the ability to work effectively within a multicultural team.
