About the role
Federal Medical Centre, Owo is a tertiary referral hospital and a centre of excellence for infectious disease management in Ondo State. We are looking for a Senior Nursing Officer to join our clinical team. The position is on a full-time basis with a salary grade of CONHESS 09.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in areas such as Intensive Care, Accident and Emergency, Peri-Operative, Renal, ENT, Ophthalmic, Anaesthetic, or Orthopaedics.
- Deliver high-quality patient care in line with tertiary health institution standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (B.NSc.) registrable with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Specialization in Intensive Care, Accident and Emergency, Peri-Operative, Renal, Ear, Nose & Throat, Ophthalmic, Anaesthetic, or Orthopaedics.
- Registration as a Registered Midwife (RM) is an added advantage.
- NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
- Current practicing license.
