Lauvee Beauty Salon and Spa is seeking an experienced and organized Salon Manager to join our team in Wuse 2, Abuja. We are a modern, hygienic salon dedicated to providing exceptional customer service through hairstyling, braiding, lash extensions, and wig installations. Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day salon operations and ensure professional standards are met.
- Supervise, coordinate, and monitor the performance and attendance of salon staff.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle client concerns or complaints effectively.
- Manage bookings, appointments, and daily workflow to support sales growth.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Prepare and monitor daily operational reports.
- Ensure all salon policies and procedures are consistently followed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in salon or beauty business management.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic administrative tools and record keeping.
- Experience with staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and inventory management.
- Ability to resolve client issues professionally and drive client retention.
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven attitude.
