About the role
Lily Hospitals Limited, established in 1986, is a leading private hospital in the South-South region of Nigeria. The facility holds ISO 9001:2000 certification and COHSASA accreditation. We are looking for a competent Registered Nurse to join our clinical team in Port Harcourt. This full-time position focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care, supporting physicians, and ensuring compliance with established hospital protocols.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in line with approved clinical standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly escalate any concerns.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control standards.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- 2–4 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Must currently reside in Rivers State.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
