About the role
Chowdeck is a food technology company connecting vendors, riders, and consumers. As the Product Lead, Consumer, you will report to the Product Executive and lead a cross-functional team. You will own the customer experience from app discovery to order completion, ensuring reliability and satisfaction as the company scales.
Responsibilities
- Define clear outcomes and guardrails for conversion, retention, and customer delight.
- Set product strategy and maintain a prioritised roadmap for the Consumer team.
- Lead customer-facing readiness for launches in new cities and countries.
- Work with cross-functional partners to take problems from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Make explicit trade-offs when new requests compete with committed work.
- Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to leadership and partner teams.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of product management experience, including ownership of consumer-facing mobile or web products at scale.
- A track record of setting product direction and leading cross-functional delivery.
- Comfort using both quantitative and qualitative evidence to drive decisions.
- Strong judgement across customer experience, business value, and technical constraints.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
