About the role
Joes & Eves is a leading business management and solutions provider for MSMEs in Nigeria, known for innovative strategies and customer-centric values. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and supervise the day-to-day operations of our dynamic firm spanning construction and interior design services.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and operational oversight across projects.
- Monitor project timelines, quality, materials, costs, and deliverables.
- Report operational performance and project progress to management.
- Coordinate construction and interior projects from execution to completion.
- Supervise teams, contractors, vendors, and daily operations.
- Coordinate procurement, logistics, documentation, and administrative processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience in a similar capacity.
- Experience in construction, interiors, real estate, or professional/legal services is strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and projects effectively.
- Strong technical, project coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proven supervisory and operations management experience in property development or construction.
- Relevant Degree / HND in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
