About the role
Jodazen Integrated Services is looking for a proactive and organized Logistics Executive to support daily logistics and transportation operations. This full-time position is based in Mile 2, Lagos, and requires a candidate who is detail-oriented and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Track vehicles and provide regular updates to the Logistics Manager.
- Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on pending deliveries.
- Monitor fuel usage and vehicle maintenance records.
- Coordinate daily deliveries, dispatches, and transportation activities.
- Assist with route planning and vehicle scheduling.
- Escalate delays, vehicle issues, and operational challenges promptly.
- Maintain accurate logistics and delivery records.
- Support the Logistics Manager with general logistics administration.
- Prepare daily and weekly logistics reports.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, or a related role.
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transport Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of Lagos roads and routes.
- Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or FMCG environment is an added advantage.
- Candidates must be willing to work Monday to Saturday and able to conveniently commute to Mile 2, Lagos.
