About the role
Dangote Industries Limited is seeking an HR Shared Services Specialist to join their team in Lagos. This role focuses on coordinating HR shared services activities at the DCP Headquarters. You will ensure efficient service delivery in areas such as employee welfare, travel administration, and expatriate support while maintaining strict compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Administer medical and HMO schemes for DCP Nigeria employees.
- Manage crèche operations and oversee vendor relationships.
- Plan and administer expatriate leave schedules.
- Coordinate local and international travel for employees and visitors.
- Support year-end employee activities and welfare programmes.
- Liaise with internal and external service providers to ensure seamless delivery.
- Prepare periodic reports and utilisation statistics for management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in HR Shared Services or Employee Services.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Management Sciences, or Human Resources is an added advantage.
- Strong skills in relationship management, planning, and multitasking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems.
- Experience in HMO Management and strong Ms. Excel skills are preferred.
