About the role
Whassan Nigeria Limited is a fully owned Nigerian company with over 40 years of experience in industrial catering, facility maintenance, and manpower supply. We are looking for a qualified HR Manager to join our team in a full-time, renewable contract position. This role requires professionals with 5 to 10 years of experience who can manage people and operations across offshore and onshore locations.
Responsibilities
- Manage people and lead teams with strong leadership skills.
- Handle conflict resolution and negotiations effectively.
- Work under pressure while managing multiple projects and sites.
- Maintain high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ensure excellent communication and interpersonal interactions.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar industry, preferably industrial catering.
- CIPM Certification.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of catering hygiene standards is an advantage.
- Catering certification is an added advantage.
