About the role
Lusso Care is a professional home healthcare company dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered care in clients’ homes. Founded by a Registered Nurse, the organization offers services including elderly care, dementia care, hospice care, and customized home care solutions. We are seeking a Home Care Supervisor (Registered Nurse) to join our growing team in Lagos or Ogun. This full-time position comes with available accommodation and a monthly salary of N150,000.
Responsibilities
- Manage caregiver scheduling, deployment, and replacements.
- Participate in caregiver recruitment, orientation, and training.
- Maintain accurate records for clients and caregivers.
- Supervise and support caregivers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor caregiver attendance, performance, and policy compliance.
- Conduct client visits and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
- Escalate and report incidents, complaints, or emergencies as required.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate nursing experience.
- Experience in home care, elderly care, or patient management is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and report writing.
- Professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented attitude.
