We are seeking a Head, Corporate Finance & Investment to join our team in Jigawa and Lagos. This is a senior leadership position focused on driving growth, efficiency, and innovation through world-class talent and financial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Structure and execute corporate finance and investment transactions.
- Develop investment strategies and manage portfolio development.
- Lead product and solution development initiatives.
- Perform financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis.
- Originate new investment opportunities and evaluate potential deals.
- Oversee risk management, governance, and team leadership.
- Build strategic relationships and drive business development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline is an advantage.
- 8–10 years of professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, asset management, private equity, or capital markets.
- At least 4–5 years in a senior role in corporate finance, investment, or portfolio management.
- Professional qualification such as CFA, CIS, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in financial modelling, company valuation, and transaction structuring.
- Eligibility to serve as an SEC-sponsored individual where required.
- Strong technical skills in due diligence, capital raising, and advanced financial modelling.
- Core leadership competencies including investment judgement, integrity, negotiation, and strategic thinking.
