About the role
Delivery Hero is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join the Quick Commerce team in Dubai. You will be part of the Global Qcommerce Hub, working within the central product team to bridge regional innovation with global standards. This role involves owning the full product lifecycle and creating design systems that support a wide range of products across 70+ countries. You will collaborate directly with Berlin-based domain teams and stakeholders worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Lead design strategy in alignment with product vision and business goals.
- Translate complex user and business needs into clear, user-centric design solutions.
- Drive the end-to-end design process, from research and discovery to high-fidelity implementation.
- Deliver production-ready web and mobile experiences using Figma.
- Advocate for the user’s perspective in product discussions and promote design best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a Product Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design for web and mobile, with specific experience in heavy data B2B products.
- Required experience with Figma’s distributed version control tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading research and design initiatives, supported by data-driven insights.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience in leadership and mentorship roles is highly valued.
