About the role
Delivery Hero, through its HungerStation brand, is seeking a Senior Product Design Manager in Riyadh. You will lead design strategy and teams to create scalable, customer-centric digital experiences. The role involves driving design excellence and ensuring measurable business impact across the platform.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product design strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Own design quality, standards, and the evolution of the design system.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Product Designers.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to validate assumptions and measure impact.
- Manage budgets, performance objectives, and cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in Product, UX, or Interaction Design, including team leadership.
- Experience designing complex digital products in e-commerce, food delivery, or similar consumer platforms.
- Strong expertise in user-centred design, design systems, and product discovery.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern product-design workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, UX, or a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
