About the role
Accor is looking for a skilled and experienced Plumber to join its team in Dubai. This full-time position involves maintaining the plumbing infrastructure of a hotel property while ensuring high standards of service and safety. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems throughout the hotel.
- Inspect systems to identify and resolve issues such as leaks, blockages, or faulty components.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guest rooms related to plumbing.
- Install and maintain water heaters and boilers to ensure a consistent hot water supply.
- Repair or replace sinks, toilets, faucets, pumps, and drainage systems as needed.
- Participate in emergency response procedures and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in plant operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in 4-star or 5-star properties.
- Strong knowledge of water supply, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures.
- Good physical condition and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with local and international safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work in hot climate conditions.
- Additional language skills are considered an advantage.
