About the role
Accor is looking for a People & Culture Agent to join the team at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. In this full-time position, you will act as a key point of contact for employees, supporting the Human Resources function in creating a positive workplace culture. You will help maintain HR processes, support employee engagement, and ensure that people-related policies are consistently followed.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR and People & Culture operations.
- Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring processes.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, leave, and company procedures.
- Support employee engagement, recognition, and team-building initiatives.
- Assist with performance management and employee development programs.
- Help organize training, workshops, and internal HR activities.
- Support employee relations and escalate complex issues to HR management when necessary.
- Prepare HR reports, employee data, and administrative documentation.
- Assist with payroll-related information and attendance/leave records.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, or a similar role.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Experience using HRIS or HR management systems is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent is an advantage.
