About the role
Talabat, a leading on-demand delivery platform in the Gulf region and part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Director of Total Rewards. You will drive the strategic direction of compensation, benefits, and incentive programs. As a senior advisor to business leaders, you will ensure our rewards strategy aligns with broader people and business objectives. This role requires deep subject-matter expertise and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Talabat’s overall Total Rewards strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the People leadership team and senior stakeholders on compensation frameworks.
- Oversee company-wide compensation programs, including base salary structures, incentive plans, and long-term incentives.
- Lead the execution of annual rewards cycles, including salary reviews and incentive payouts.
- Analyze internal equity and market data to design fair and competitive compensation frameworks.
- Lead compensation benchmarking initiatives to ensure competitiveness across geographies and roles.
- Define scalable and competitive benefits offerings based on market trends and employee needs.
- Lead and develop a team of Rewards Professionals, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
- Support the design and implementation of new rewards-related systems and tools.
- Establish trusted partnerships with People Leads, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and senior business leaders.
Requirements
- Experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards Consulting, and HR Analytics.
- Strong collaboration and business partnering capabilities with a data-driven approach.
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines in a constantly changing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to collect and work with various data sets.
