Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to walk-in customers regarding products and services.
- Track shipments through the network using appropriate scanning methods.
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying causes and implementing solutions.
- Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures for parcel handling.
- Promote and cross-sell company products.
- Ensure 100% inspection of parcels to prevent contraband.
- Educate customers on Service Level Agreements (SLA) and delivery timelines.
Requirements
- Completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
- Graduate degree.
- Computer literacy.
