About the role
Future Moves Recruitment Agency (FMR Agency) is hiring a proactive and sales-driven Customer Service Representative for a client in the Food Retail industry (Fresh Meat & Frozen Foods). In this full-time position, you will serve as the voice of the brand, converting digital enquiries into confirmed orders and fostering long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Track & Report: Maintain accurate customer records and generate daily and weekly performance reports.
- Nurture Relationships: Conduct post-sales follow-ups, handle feedback professionally, and re-engage existing customers to secure repeat sales.
- Drive Conversions: Manage enquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone, actively upselling to convert prospects into buyers.
- Manage Orders: Process customer orders accurately, coordinate with internal teams, and provide timely delivery updates.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: Proven track record in customer service, retail sales, or e-commerce. Experience in digital or social media selling is a major plus.
- Skills: Exceptional closing and communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Must live in or have very close proximity to Surulere, Lagos.
