About the role
Filmhouse Cinemas Limited is a dynamic film exhibition company based in Lagos. They are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Victoria Island. This full-time position focuses on enhancing the guest experience and supporting daily cinema operations.
Responsibilities
- Guide guests to cinema entrances and exits.
- Sell box office tickets and handle reservations and sales queries.
- Monitor guest flow to ensure a smooth cinematic experience.
- Manage cash flow and ensure no shortages occur.
- Arrange and clean designated areas.
- Contribute to increasing concession revenues.
- Participate in training sessions, briefings, and meetings as requested by management.
Requirements
- Qualifications: SSCE, NCE, HND, ND, or BSc/BSE.
- Age: Candidates must be between 19 and 26 years old.
- Location: Joseph Nahman Cl, Victoria Island, Lagos.
