About the role
Genade Homes is a forward-thinking real estate company dedicated to making affordable, sustainable housing accessible across Africa. We are seeking a results-driven NYSC corps member to join our team as a Community Manager. This is a fully onsite position based in Abuja, where you will help shape the future of real estate by supporting our virtual sales agent network.
Responsibilities
- Resolve agent questions or escalate issues as needed.
- Keep agents engaged, motivated, and informed.
- Share updates, listings, and announcements in community groups.
- Manage our WhatsApp communities of virtual sales agents.
- Track and follow up on agents’ sales progress.
Requirements
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of content creation and social media management.
- Organized, with the ability to track multiple agents’ progress.
- Very active on WhatsApp and comfortable managing groups.
- Must be a serving NYSC corps member ready to commit to a fully onsite role.
