About the role
Avetium Consult is a Business Process Outsourcing and Technology solution company based in Nigeria. We are currently hiring four Client Service Representatives to join our team on a contract basis. This role is available in Abuja (FCT), Kano, Lagos (Mainland and Island), and Port Harcourt.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a positive and professional client service experience.
- Handle customer onboarding and account opening processes.
- Perform KYC validation and regulatory compliance checks.
- Manage account upgrades and maintenance requests.
- Provide support for card issuance and card lifecycle management.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Educate customers on MoMo products and digital channels.
- Support operational reporting, documentation, and audits.
- Escalate and resolve customer and operational issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND in any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a client services representative.
- Experience in the banking sector as a customer or client service representative.
- Exceptional ability to provide professional, efficient, and friendly service.
- Ability to coordinate with other departments on client-related matters.
- Advanced skills in providing technical assistance and resolving issues.
- Willingness and ability to travel to client locations when required.
- Ability to stay updated on new developments in client services.
- Excellent interpersonal and recordkeeping skills.
