About the role
Ascentech Services Limited is seeking an experienced Bricklayer Supervisor to oversee bricklaying activities at construction sites. You will ensure quality workmanship and supervise artisans and laborers. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Oshodi, Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Supervise bricklayers and site workers on daily operations.
- Ensure quality and timely completion of bricklaying projects.
- Monitor materials usage and site safety compliance.
- Interpret construction drawings and measurements.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in bricklaying supervision.
- Good knowledge of construction processes and site management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead a team effectively.
- Candidates residing around the Oshodi-Isolo axis will have an added advantage.
