About the role
Pixelpulse Viralchemy International Limited is seeking a YouTube Growth Strategist Intern to join their team on a remote basis. This is a 6-month, full-time, unpaid internship focused on intensive hands-on training and real-world channel management. In lieu of a salary, you will receive full training (valued at ₦100,000+) and a ₦10,000 monthly data allowance. Top performers may be considered for full-time paid roles (up to ₦250,000/month) at the end of the internship.
Responsibilities
- Track channel performance, plan content, and monitor audience retention metrics.
- Design thumbnails, write titles and descriptions, and optimize for YouTube SEO.
- Conduct content research, select topics, and analyze audience data.
- Produce and edit faceless educational and content videos, including visuals, screen footage, and voiceovers.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate (OND, HND, or Degree) with full daily availability. Not open to current undergraduates or students.
- Willing and able to commit fully for the entire 6-month duration.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work remotely without continuous supervision.
- Must already know basic video editing. (We teach YouTube strategy and growth, not video editing fundamentals).
- Must submit a link or sample of a video you have edited with your application.
