About the role
Careers Verified Limited is looking for energetic and results-driven young graduates to join its Young Talent Program. This full-time position focuses on Customer Acquisition and Business Development. You will receive practical training and gain hands-on experience in identifying business opportunities, acquiring new customers, and driving revenue growth. The role is available in multiple locations across Nigeria, including Abuja, Lagos, and Kano.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and business opportunities.
- Identify and acquire new customers through direct marketing, prospecting, and digital channels.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Promote the organisation’s products and services to targeted customer segments.
- Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Participate in sales campaigns, client meetings, and business development initiatives.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Banking and Finance, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
- Good negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive, confident, and target-driven attitude.
